Frequently Asked Questions

Currently Pink*s Bake Shop is not a storefront. We are located near Santa Clara University and delivery is free within 5 miles from this point. A small delivery fee does apply to areas outside of this zone.

We do need at least 2 days lead time for your order. However, we don't like to leave anyone in a bind, without their sweet fix, so give us a call to see if we can accommodate your rush request. Your order or query will be answered within 24 hours. Please also note your order is not confirmed until you receive an email from Pink*s Bake Shop.

Other little tidbits:

• We typically do not allow 2 flavors in one dozen or with the two dozen minis. However, sometimes we can accommodate. Please contact us for details.
• If you would like a special decoration for your event that is made out of fondant or gumpaste we can accommodate. There is an additional fee. Please call us for more details.
• We do have platters, cake stands/pedestals, and cupcake displays for rent. Our rental rates start at $10 and can go up to $50 depending on the item. We can also decorate a cupcake tree to match your theme for a small fee. Call us for more details.
